My First visit to Dubai with friends we chose Jumeirah Rotana from the start to the end was an amazing stay , The location of the hotel is convenient, Not far from the some places to visit in Dubai , I recommend the hotel.

Room was very nice and quiet comfortable stay. big thanks to Ms Simran she is very kind and warm welcoming and swimming pool is very nice Thanks to Mr Madara from recreation he is very friendly and very helpful. One negative thing is TV channels are not clear and not updated,

I would like to thank Mohsin and his colleague I forgot to ask his name, on the way how they welcomed me in the arrival. I have never seen this kind of kindness before. They've been so helpful supportive with a big smile on their faces. The room was incredibly clean and sooooooooo nice I love it 🥰. Thx again to all of you and to rotana jumeira dubai ❤️

Very nice service at the reception and in the Boston bar. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. Location is 50/50 (30min by feet to metro/beach), bus stop is near the hotel. There is transfer to public beach and to the nearest mall, which we used a lot, because outside was very hot and getting there by feet everyday was problematic. In our room there was problem with the lamp, it was creating buzzing sounds when turned off. We told about this problem twice but nobody came to fix it. There was no balcony and windows didn’t open. All in all room and room service was ok.

location is good to visit ol ddubai area , reasonable price, service was good.especially Miss Ruby and Mr. Johnson & Mr. Bilal . Small swimming pool on roof City hotel no any beach or sea view a lot of fast food restaurants near to hotel

I’ve knew this hotel long time ago, and I won’t change it to other one because I do relax in it long time ago .In addition, Boston bar and the resturant too. Thanks for the staff there keeping me happy.

Pleasant business trip. I enjoyed the hotel; big rooms, high cleaningness, and awesome staff, always willing to help. Price was worth, close to the city center and very accessible. Reception always opened, and staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, very spacious rooms, everything perfectly clean! Staff here is the best - always ready to help you with any request, always smiling. Food was absolutely great! All of them but especially Mr. Sulman Umah. Everything so tasty in Boston restaurant which is part of the hotel. The only negative is that it is not in the city centre and you have to pay for taxi - also metro station is far from the hotel. But rest of it - OMG! Highly recommend.
